In the arena of the 39th IPA Convention and Exhibition that was held at the Jakarta Convention Centre, last week, the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Sudirman Said symbolically delegate 42 permits oil and gas sector to the Head of BKPM Franky Sibarani. In addition, the licensing submission to the agency also is expected to encourage other ministries and local governments to do the same. "We can encourage other ministries to do that when we're first doing it," he said.

In a separate occasion, the Head of BKPM Fransky Sibarani expressed readiness to receive the delegation of licensing from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM).
